well, your starting altitude in Google Earth is about 64,000 ft. What you could do is before you start, set your view so that you're looking up, start the flight simulator and you'll have at least 110,000 ft. guaranteed

you cant go higher becasue no matter how much speed you use your engines will stall before you get anyhigh iv only managed to do about 31.000
